A little fun with my Blobman 3D character and some cool mocap data. I could have used realistic people on this scene, but stick figures are so much fun and render really fast (real-time)!!
All 3D modeling by me. Mocap freebie data from Eclipse Studios. Hope you like it and thanks for coming by!
its very good fighting, very fluent movement realistic. Only thing is its a little boring. not complaining or anything but it feels like someone of your talent could do better. u can keep it stick to cut corners but if u wanna make it interesting to people do something cool. add an environment, use it, just bring enough entertainment, comedy whatever u wanna do to the surface so u can keep your audiences attention for every second. did u use mocap for this? or is it all u.
The key element on this is not so much the animation itself, but how it was generated. I don't know if you have heard of Natural Motion's Endorphin technology? It creates animations procedurally instead of recording actors in mocap suits. The technology was used in some of the most modern games, such as GTA4, where NPC behaviors were controlled by the same kind of technology from Natural Motion, making them more unpredictable and realistic. Here I applied the technology in Poser!
dude that is cool. GTA IV has some of the most realistic physics I've ever seen. seriously. sometimes when I shoot people or hit them with a car i feel bad lol. but its good u learned how to use that technology. do u think u can make an entire fight scene with that? U should do like monty oum release a cool big fight scene using popular characters to build ur name up and then follow up by creating your own stuff in a 3d fight. I could help I've got a lot of ideas what are your intentions for your stories? do you want them published, just read, or what?
Tell you the truth, I only made this animation because I wanted to use super-cool new technology with my favorite tool, Poser. It's a hell of a work to convert procedural motion generated in Natural Motion's tools, and make them fit a Poser figure because the skeletons and joint rotations are completely different. I just thought it was a nice challenge, but I am not into fighting animations that much. ^^
As for my original stories, I just write them because I really enjoy writing. Here are a couple of short stories featuring my sexy ShadoGal Mai vampire character: Superman: [link] BunnyBusiness: [link]
Sexy girls, Anime style, music - the stuff I post in my gallery. ^^ I also tried comics [link] but it's too much work and people show little appreciation for the effort.
Ahhhh, this is awesome. I'd love to see it continued. The cartoony scribbly effect was epic and the movements and such are great, I love how they flew like ragdolls when kicked.
Thank you! Have you seen my dynamic weather AS3 program in The Matrix style? --> [link] or my AS3 "graphic novel" program? --> [link] and my new AS3 music player program? --> [link]
I have been doing a lot more of AS3 programming lately. ^^
