This is a little 3 seconds video I created in Poser that includes both body animation and lip synchronization with the spoken dialog. It's short but I think it's quite funny. She is saying (in Japanese): "Whaaaaat? But isn't that stupid?". There may be many other ways to translate this into English and this is one of them. :)

OMG, that's so effin' funny and cute! X'D I wasn't expecting the girl to get that exact facial expression like in the animes. X'D And I thought she said "ew" in the beginning, I think it would be funnier if she did. X'D
