An "Angel" attack is imminent and both Rei and Asuka must run to reach their EVAs as soon as possible to minimize the damage and protect the base. Shinji also runs, but away to some dark corner in the room to hide and cry. Asuka would normally kick his sorry butt all the way to the moon for this, but right now she has much bigger butts to kick. On the other hand, Rei couldn’t care less - she just minds her own business. Shinji will have his spanking… later.

I admit – those plugsuits are a great work of modeling, but somehow they don’t animate very well. Most of the fun here was to learn how to work with Poser 7’s animation layers and also to use my own morph sets to animate Asuka’s long hair. The hair animation was entirely done by hand using traditional keyframing and my custom morphs were created in 3DSMAX and animated in Poser.

PS: For those who would like to complain that this deviation should be in the "fanart" category, I am sorry to inform that Anime/Manga > Digital Media > 3D doesn't seem to have such category. Until it doesn, I will post it here.
